Stereo Nation MP3 is born. Taz is an Asian born in Britain and raised in Warwickshire UK. On his first album, "Hit the Deck", was released a recording artist was how it was established. With this album, it stayed at number 1 position in the British charts in Asia since almost thirty six weeks. Of all the Asian fusion releases, this album was one of the largest and most famous of all time.
It is the turn of the millennium that Taz started his own band called Stereo Nation. "This band lay down a new avenue in the musical territory and experimenting with R'n'B, Soul, Dance & Bollywood.
Stereo Nation was then signing to EMI Premier UK. Their first success on the British list, "I've Been Waiting" came after that with the track became very popular in Asia. One of the pieces, "The Box" has been ranked among the top ten videos on the British music channel. This album, "I've Been Waiting" brought much popularity to Taz Stereo Nation well known throughout the world.
Throughout 1998, the ten members of the band toured throughout Europe, India, the Far East, Australia, UAE, Africa, USA, Southeast Asia and Canada. Stereo Nation was well established by then and signed a recording contract with Times Music India. This resulted in the release of the album, "Jambo" worldwide. This album has been a smashing success with great review and sales around the world, particularly in the Asian subcontinent.
Second Stereo Nation album's called "Slave II Fusion" was released in December 2000. Approximately 120,000 units of this album were sold in the United Kingdom / United States regions. In India, 1,400,000 units were sold. After the success of this album, Stereo Nation was approached by the film industry Bollywood to record and view a title for the film Tum Bin. In year 2001, this film was one of the most successful and achieved the Top Ten position in the cinema mainstream films United Kingdom. He also was one of the greatest films in Bollywood this year. This track Tum Bin brought glory to Taz who subsequently received a number of offers for recording soundtracks in the Indian film industry. With all this and more, Stereo Nation and its founder Taz won many popularity. The coup of sabotage, "Carolina" is a favorite at all times.
All tracks released by Stereo Nation came out MP3 format. The MP3 format makes use of an algorithm which is lossy compressed. It is designed this way to significantly reduce the amount of data needed to describe the audio recording and still sound like an exact reproduction of the original, which is uncompressed. MP3 is a format that is specific to audio. When it is compressed, certain parts of her are removed which are outside the range that most people can hear.
